Welcome to S.S.B.M. These Terms of Service govern your use of ssbm.shop and purchases made through the S.S.B.M. online store.

Throughout these Terms, “S.S.B.M.,” “I,” “me,” and “my” refer to Sondra’s Sublimation Blanks & More and its owner. “You” and “your” refer to the customer, visitor, or user of this website.

By accessing this website, placing an order, submitting artwork or other files, purchasing a digital product, or using any service offered through S.S.B.M., you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies posted on this website.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or place an order.

Online Store Terms

You may use this website only for lawful purposes.

You may not use the website, its products, services, designs, files, or content in a way that violates applicable laws, infringes another person’s rights, interferes with the operation of the website, or attempts to gain unauthorized access to protected areas of the store.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order.

Products and Services

S.S.B.M. offers a variety of products and services, including custom and personalized products, apparel, memorial products, business branding products, event products, printed products, digital products, tutorials, design services, wholesale products, and other specialty merchandise.

Products may be:

• Created or finished by me

• Professionally produced by an outside production supplier using artwork I prepare

• Shipped directly from a production supplier

• Digitally delivered

• Made to order

• Personalized using customer supplied information or files

Product availability, specifications, options, pricing, and processing times may change without prior notice.

I reserve the right to discontinue a product or service at any time.

Product Images and Colors

I make reasonable efforts to display product photographs, mockups, colors, and examples accurately.

Actual colors may vary because of:

• Screen settings

• Device displays

• Printing processes

• Materials and substrates

• Fabric differences

• Lighting

• Supplier production methods

Mockups and sample images are intended to represent the general appearance or possible use of a product. Minor differences between a mockup and a finished custom product are not automatically considered defects.

Pricing

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

I reserve the right to change product prices, customization charges, design fees, rush fees, shipping charges, wholesale pricing, and promotional pricing at any time.

A price change will not normally affect an order that has already been paid for unless an obvious pricing or system error occurred.

If a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price because of a technical, typographical, or configuration error, I reserve the right to contact the customer before production and either correct or cancel the affected order.

Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

I reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including situations involving:

• Suspected fraud

• Payment problems

• Incorrect pricing

• Product unavailability

• Production limitations

• Prohibited or unlawful content

• Intellectual property concerns

• Abusive or threatening conduct

• Attempted misuse of wholesale access or discounts

• Technical errors

If I cancel an order that has already been paid and no nonrefundable work has begun, the appropriate refund will be issued.

Custom and Personalized Orders

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all selections and information submitted with a custom order.

This includes:

• Names

• Dates

• Spelling

• Phone numbers

• Addresses

• Website information

• Social media information

• QR codes

• Colors

• Sizes

• Quantities

• Photos

• Logos

• Wording

• Product options

• Design instructions

Once custom production has begun, changes may not be possible.

Additional charges may apply when a customer requests substantial changes after design or production work has already started.

Customer Supplied Artwork, Photos and Content

When you upload or submit artwork, logos, photographs, trademarks, wording, graphics, names, or other materials to S.S.B.M., you represent that you own the material or have permission to use it for the requested product.

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permission from copyright owners, trademark owners, photographers, designers, organizations, individuals, or other rights holders.

By submitting material for an order, you give me limited permission to use, resize, crop, edit, arrange, reproduce, and provide that material to a production supplier when reasonably necessary to design, produce, fulfill, and deliver your order.

This permission is limited to fulfilling your order unless you separately authorize another use.

I reserve the right to refuse artwork or content that I reasonably believe may violate intellectual property rights, applicable law, or store policies.

Design Services

When design service is purchased or included with a product, I may use the information, photos, logos, colors, wording, and instructions provided by the customer to create the requested artwork.

Design fees compensate for design and preparation work and may become nonrefundable once work begins.

The number and type of revisions included may depend on the specific product or service.

Major changes, additional concepts, additional designs, or work outside the original request may require additional payment.

Proofs and Approvals

Certain products include a digital proof before production.

When a proof is provided, you are responsible for reviewing it carefully.

Approval confirms that you accept the design, including visible:

• Spelling

• Names

• Dates

• Images

• Placement

• Colors

• Phone numbers

• Website addresses

• QR codes

• Wording

• Other design details

Once a proof has been approved and production begins, changes may not be possible.

Errors visible on an approved proof are considered customer approved and are handled according to the Refund & Return Policy.

Production Times

Production time varies by product.

Production time is separate from shipping transit time.

Production may not begin until all required information, files, payment, and proof approval have been received.

Customer delays in submitting information or approving proofs may extend the completion date.

Rush Production

Rush Production may be offered on eligible products for an additional fee.

Rush Production applies to production time only.

It does not include expedited carrier shipping.

Customers who need faster delivery after production must select an available expedited shipping service separately at checkout.

Rush Production availability is not guaranteed for every product or order.

Shipping

S.S.B.M. currently ships within the United States.

Available shipping services and charges are displayed at checkout and may be calculated by UPS, USPS, FedEx, or another available carrier.

Shipping transit time begins after production is complete and the carrier receives the package.

Carrier delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Please review the S.S.B.M. Shipping Policy for additional shipping, tracking, delivery, damage, and lost package information.

Local Pickup and Delivery

Local pickup or local delivery may be available for qualifying orders when shown at checkout.

Customers should not arrive for pickup until they have received confirmation that the order is ready.

Local pickup does not automatically shorten normal production time.

Supplier Produced Products

Some products are produced or fulfilled by third party production suppliers after I create or prepare the required artwork.

Supplier produced products may have different:

• Production schedules

• Packaging

• Fulfillment locations

• Shipping carriers

• Tracking numbers

Supplier production schedules and carrier delays outside of my control may affect estimated completion or delivery dates.

Digital Products

Digital products, tutorials, downloadable files, and electronically delivered content are intended for the purchaser’s personal or authorized business use unless the product listing specifically grants additional rights.

Purchasing digital content does not transfer copyright or ownership rights unless explicitly stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, share, upload, publish, or provide purchased digital content to others unless the product specifically includes those rights.

Digital products are subject to the Refund & Return Policy.

Classes, Tutorials and Educational Content

Educational products and tutorials are provided for informational purposes.

Results depend on factors including the purchaser’s equipment, materials, experience, effort, business decisions, market conditions, and implementation.

Purchasing training or educational content does not guarantee income, sales, business results, or a particular outcome.

Wholesale Access

Certain products and collections are available only to authorized wholesale members.

Wholesale access may be protected by password, customer account permissions, tags, or other access controls.

Wholesale access is intended only for approved users.

You may not intentionally share protected wholesale access credentials with unauthorized individuals.

I reserve the right to revoke wholesale access when I reasonably believe the access system, pricing, or membership privileges are being misused.

Discounts and Promotional Offers

Discount codes and promotional offers may be subject to:

• Expiration dates

• Minimum purchase requirements

• Product exclusions

Discounts cannot always be combined.

I reserve the right to cancel or correct an order involving an obvious discount configuration error or intentional misuse of a promotion.

Purchases are subject to the S.S.B.M. Refund & Return Policy.

Many S.S.B.M. products are custom, personalized, made to order, digitally delivered, or supplier produced and may therefore be final sale.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website content created for S.S.B.M., including original text, branding, graphics, photographs, product presentations, custom designs, and other original content, is owned by or licensed for use by S.S.B.M.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, sell, or commercially exploit protected S.S.B.M. content without permission.

Customer owned logos, artwork, trademarks, photographs, and other customer supplied materials remain the property of their respective rights holders.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use this website or its content:

• For unlawful purposes

• To submit fraudulent information

• To distribute malicious code

• To interfere with website security

• To attempt unauthorized access to protected areas

Changes to These Terms

I may update these Terms of Service when store practices, services, technology, or legal requirements change.

The most current version will be posted on this website with an updated revision date.

Changes apply going forward after publication unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Governing Law

These Terms are intended to be governed by applicable laws of the State of Texas and the United States, subject to any consumer rights or other legal requirements that cannot be waived or changed by agreement.
