Heat Press Rental Appointment — Large Format Press
This is a long read but as time has progressed; the more people that have utilized my service, the following is necessary and you must read and agree too before booking.
This is a self-service heat press rental. You must bring your own supplies, know how to press your items, and come fully prepared for your appointment.
Located in Hurst, TX 76053.
By appointment only. No walk-ins.
You must schedule the correct number of people attending your appointment. If more people arrive than what you scheduled for, you will be turned away.
No one under the age of 18 is allowed. No children.
Rental Pricing
One person rental: $25 per hour
One hour minimum required
Two person rental: $35 per hour
One hour minimum required
A second person includes a helper, partner, assistant, or anyone coming with you to help complete your project.
The workspace is sized for one person. If two people attend, the rate increases because the full shop space is occupied and limits my ability to continue working during your session.
Absolutely no more than two people are allowed per appointment.

Fri–Sat: 10:00a–9:00p
Appointments must be scheduled in advance. No walk-ins are accepted.
Heat Press Size
The heat press is approximately:
31.5" x 39.5"
Great for large projects, all-over shirts, realtor keys, MDF signs, oversized transfers, and more.
What Is Included
Your rental includes access to:
An air-conditioned workspace
A large-format heat press
A worktable for your project
A small designated area for your supplies
A folding chair, if needed
Only the provided worktable and assigned supply area may be used.
My personal work desk, desk chair, other equipment, storage areas, and shop supplies are not included with your rental.
What You Must Bring
You are responsible for bringing everything needed for your project.
Required items may include:
Butcher paper
Parchment paper or ram board, if you use it
Pressing pillows, pads, or forms, if needed
Scissors
Heat tape
Adhesive spray, if used
Your transfers or prints
Your blank items
One or two large trash bags
Any other pressing supplies required for your project
Trash bags are required. You must take all trash with you and dispose of it at home, not here. Please plan to clean up your work area before leaving.
If you use adhesive spray, you must bring a piece of butcher paper at least 30" x 30" to cover the floor and catch overspray.
Adhesive spray may not be sprayed on the heat press, on any item already on the press, on the bare table, or on any shop surface. I will show you where to apply adhesive spray if you bring it with you.
Come Prepared
Since you are charged by the hour, please arrive ready to press.
To save time and money, your items should be prepared before you arrive. This may include having your transfers cut, butcher paper precut, shirts loaded with ram board or parchment paper, and supplies organized.
Please bring any tools or supplies you need, such as scissors, heat tape, adhesive spray, butcher paper, parchment paper, ram board, and your project items.
I am not here to run up your time. Both of our time is valuable, and coming prepared helps your session go smoothly while also making room for additional bookings.
Your rental time begins 5 minutes after arrival and ends once you have fully packed up, cleaned your area, and are ready to leave.
Scheduled Time, Additional Time & Refunds
Please schedule adequate time for your project.
If you go over the amount of time you scheduled for, we will pause at your scheduled end time and see if I have additional time available. If additional time is available, you may extend your session and pay for the extra time. If additional time is not available, you will need to schedule another appointment to come back.
If you do not use all of your scheduled time, you will be refunded for the remaining unused time. Refunds can take 3–4 business days to process through Shopify. You will receive an email confirmation before you leave.
Self-Service Rental Only
This rental is for people who already know how to press their items.
You must come in with the knowledge needed to complete your own project. If you are not familiar with pressing your items, please do not book this rental.
I am happy to answer basic questions about the equipment, but this is not a training class, guided production session, or hands-on instruction appointment.
Your items are your responsibility. I am not responsible for pressing errors, damaged items, incorrect pressure, incorrect temperature, incorrect time, transfer issues, color issues, placement mistakes, peeling, scorching, or any other project result.
Everyone has their own pressing method and technique. Please bring your own pressing instructions and know the requirements for your specific materials.
Heat Press Settings
You may not adjust the pressure, temperature, timer, or settings on the heat press.
If an adjustment is needed, please ask. I am happy to assist with equipment adjustments when needed.
Do not force, alter, move, or modify any part of the heat press.
Workspace Rules
You may only work in the area assigned to you.
Taking over my work desk is not allowed.
Using my desk chair is not allowed.
Roaming around the shop is not allowed.
Exploring other equipment is not allowed.
Opening drawers, cabinets, bins, shelves, or storage areas is not allowed.
Handling items that are not part of your rental is not allowed.
I may step away and allow you to work in peace, but you are expected to stay within your assigned workspace and follow all shop rules.
Recording Notice
For safety, security, and equipment protection, the property is monitored by video and audio recording.
Recording begins when you arrive and continues until you leave. This includes inside and outside areas of the property.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree that you may be recorded during your visit.
Property Rules
This shop is attached to a family home in a family neighborhood. Please be respectful of the space and surroundings.
No hanging out outside before, during, or after your appointment.
No smoking.
No vaping.
No drugs.
No alcohol.
No food inside the shop.
No unauthorized guests.
No one under 18. No children.
No more than two people total per appointment.
No driveway parking. Street parking only by the tree out front next to the curb.
Drinks are allowed only if they are in a spill-proof container. Drinks must stay sealed when not actively being used.
Both shop doors must remain closed at all times.
Any unsafe, disrespectful, disruptive, intoxicated, or inappropriate behavior may result in your appointment ending immediately without refund. Law enforcement may be contacted if necessary.
Restroom Notice
Restrooms are not available.
The shop is attached to a private home, and access to the home is not permitted. Walmart is around the corner if a restroom is needed. Please plan ahead before your appointment.
Cleanup Policy
You are responsible for cleaning your work area before leaving.
All trash, used butcher paper, scraps, transfer backing, packaging, and personal supplies must be removed from the workspace and taken with you. Trash must be disposed of at your home or another off-site location, not here.
Rental time continues until you are fully packed up and the workspace is clean.

Booking Agreement
By booking this rental, you agree that:
You have read and understand all rental rules and policies.
You scheduled the correct number of people attending.
You understand no more than two people are allowed.
You understand no one under 18 is allowed. No children.
You know how to press your own items.
You are responsible for bringing your own supplies.
You are responsible for your own project results.
You will not adjust the heat press settings yourself.
You will only work in the assigned area.
You understand the property is video and audio recorded.
You understand no restroom access is available.
You agree to take all trash with you.
You agree to follow all shop, parking, safety, and cleanup rules.
Please do not book if you are unable or unwilling to follow these policies.
Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
Cancellations are permitted up to 3 hours before your scheduled booking time. If you cancel within that time frame, a refund will be issued.
If you cancel after the 3-hour cancellation cutoff, $20 of your payment will not be refunded. This is due to the reserved appointment time blocking other possible bookings.
Reschedules are permitted, but same-day reschedules are not available. If you need to reschedule, you will be able to choose from the next available appointment times on a future day.
Reschedule requests must be made at least 1 hour before your scheduled appointment time. A refund will not be issued for rescheduled appointments. Your booking will simply be moved to a new available appointment time.
If you need to reschedule and reduce the amount of time originally booked, that request must be made at least 3 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Availability must be checked before the updated appointment can be confirmed.
Please schedule carefully and allow enough time for your project.
Weapons & Safety Policy
No need to bring the smoke. I’m pretty easy-going, and this is a simple heat press rental appointment, so please leave all weapons at home or secured in your vehicle.
Weapons are not allowed inside the shop for any reason. This includes firearms, knives, tasers, or anything intended to be used as a weapon.
This shop is attached to a family home in a family neighborhood, so safety is not optional. Any unsafe, threatening, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior will end your appointment immediately without refund, and law enforcement may be contacted if needed.
