Please provide:

• Clear, high-quality photos
• Full name
• Birth and passing dates
• Requested wording
• Preferred colors or theme
• Exact casket measurements
• Headstone measurements when included
• Any additional design instructions

Measurements should be confirmed with the funeral home before ordering. Production cannot begin until payment, complete order details, correct measurements, and usable photos have been received.

Headstone Notice

The listed packages include the standard headstone options shown in the individual product listings.

For a headstone thicker than four inches, email info@ssbm.shop before ordering. Include the desired package number, measurements, and requested headstone style so custom pricing can be provided.

Design Proof

A design proof will be sent for approval before production begins.

Please review names, dates, spelling, measurements, colors, and all other details carefully. Changes requested after proof approval may require an additional fee and may extend the turnaround time.

Turnaround Time

Turnaround time varies according to the selected package, design complexity, required materials, and the date all information is received.

Rush availability is not guaranteed and must be confirmed before depending on an expedited completion date.
